I'm grateful for Better Than Almost Anything Cake. it. is. heavenly. As I mentioned yesterday, besides THIS beauty, I really prefer pie over cake. You can tell I kind of like it a lot when it's all I asked for my birthday last year. Kim, one my best buddies, came through, and made me some to share at my Girl's Party. Yay! I think I had thirds. Shhh! It was my birthday, don't tell.Sheesh, now that I've spilled the beans, I better post my favorite healthful recipes next week. hehe I hope you're enjoying your Thanksgiving weekend. :)
