I'm grateful for the fruit smoothies I make every morning for my family. They are healthful, yet soooo yummy! I just blend 2 c. strawberries, 2 bananas, 1 c fresh spinach, 1 c. water, 1 tsp. stevia, and 8 ice cubes. Most of the time, I make the smoothies along with oatmeal, cereal, or eggs. But when we're just having smoothies, I'll add protein powder to help us stay full longer. Goodness with a straw...love it!

We make the same smoothie but use frozen strawberries 1/2 cup carrots, spinich, stevia and orange juice instead of water. Yummy! using the frozen strawberries and juice instead of water and ice makes a much stronger flavor that my kids love :)
